• Demo request details you submit: name, email, phone (optional), organisation, facility type and size.
• Messages you send through the chat widget or WhatsApp, and the contact details you provide there.
• Booking details if you schedule a demo through our calendar.
• Usage and device data (pages viewed, approximate location, browser, referrer, ad click identifiers) collected through analytics and advertising tools, see our Cookie Policy.

We use service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting and security (Cloudflare), analytics (PostHog), customer chat and CRM (Chatwoot), scheduling (Cal.com), and advertising measurement (Google Ads). We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
